The Story
After having successfully opened & run Belfort Bistro for more than two years, it was mostly our own unfulfilled cravings that drove us to pursue a lifelong dream of creating a space for sharing high quality American comfort food in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Following some months of hard work & dedication, an idea transformed into reality when Beast finally opened its doors in summer of 2015.

The Mindset
Quality comes first: In order to provide you with the best experience possible, we only source the freshest ingredients & produce. We bake our own buns & smoke our own Texas style BBQ meats. Hungry? We got you!
