緣起
要把熱情轉變為一份職業並不容易，除了必須努力，專注，有野心以外，往往還需要環境條件的配合，甚至還得靠一點（或很多）好運加持。 當我們在南台灣老舊住宅區裡發現這間空屋要出租時，好像一切正逢天時地利人和。 我們很快就決定租下這間老屋，把它改造成格局不大但具有魅力的用餐空間。 至於餐廳名稱呢？回想在德國海德堡念大學時，我們的住處就坐落在貝佛街上，某次在家舉辦聚餐招待朋友和室友， 因而被戲稱為「貝佛街餐酒坊」——我們最後決定以此名稱為餐廳命名。 2013年春天，貝佛街餐酒坊終於在高雄的傳統小巷弄正式開張！
