The Story
After having successfully opened & run Belfort Bistro for more than six years, and Beast Bar & Grill for four years respectively, we were offered the incredible opportunity to create another restaurant concept for a brand new upscale department store. In close collaboration with the design & construction crew and our kitchen team, we managed to open Belfort Trattoria in under three months of planning & work in summer of 2019.
The Food
At Belfort Trattoria we invite you to induldge in ‘cucina casalinga’ – rustic Italian home-style food with a twist. From savoury antipasti to fresh insalate, creamy risottos, comforting pasta dishes, smokey mains from the grill & dolce to die for, we got you covered for deliciousness!
The Mindset
As in all our restaurants: Quality comes first. In order to provide you with the best experience possible, we only source the freshest ingredients & produce. At our Trattoria we create dishes that we believe can take you on a journey through Italy’s fantastic culinary world and give you an opportunity to enjoy new flavors that you are yet to savor.
